As a personal trainer with over four years of experience, I hold five certifications including NASM, NASM WLS, NASM FNS, PTA global, and Precision Nutrition Level 1. Having struggled with my own physique, my entry into the fitness industry was propelled by my desire to change my physique from a lean and thin frame to something different. With dedication, perseverance, and proper guidance, I have managed to discover a technique that works for me. My primary objective is to cultivate joy and satisfaction in the lives of others; supporting individuals to obtain the body of their dreams is the ideal method to facilitate this objective.
