Olvera Construction is a family-owned business that specializes in home renovations. We take on projects of all sizes, from the smallest renovation to a complete home restoration. Our team offers a variety of services including painting, drywall, framing, carpet and vinyl installation, carpentry, tiling, flooring, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and handyman work. However, please note that certain jobs, such as tile work, may not fall under the handyman pricing structure and will be charged per footage. We always communicate with our clients to ensure that they are aware of the pricing beforehand.
We provide free estimates, except for bids required for buying or selling a property. In such cases, we charge by the hour for our time-consuming efforts in creating an accurate estimate.

I required the installation of drywall/Sheetrock to three sections of my house. One section necessitated removal and replacement in order to enable the relocation of a washer and dryer in a narrow space that was too small to accommodate the removal of a stairwell wall. Thankfully, this team was able to work around my schedule and provided suggestions on cost reduction. Even when I requested additional patchwork at the eleventh hour, they were obliging and efficiently completed the task within a reasonable timeframe that suited my schedule. They were open and accommodating of my questions, providing updates regularly. I am extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. Without a doubt, I would hire this team again.
