The foundation work at my house was recently completed by Olshan to fix a movement that caused various issues like loud noise, chandeliers shaking, and cracks on the brick wall outside and above the bathroom door. According to the expert who inspected the damage, this was an unusual event. The foreman also checked the rafters in the attic, which were found to be okay. During the digging of pilings to lift the house, the team discovered that my house had a cable lock system in the slab, and one of the cables had rusted and broken, leading to the damage. The team's work was impressive, and they even invited me to watch as my house was lifted. To my amazement, the crack over the door closed so tightly that it needed no further repairs, and the doors aligned back in their place, while the cracks outside disappeared except for one that's barely noticeable. They cleaned up everything, put extra dirt where I needed it, took excellent care of my plants, and assured me that they would return to replace more dirt if the holes sunk due to expected rain. I couldn't be more delighted with their work, and their Limited Lifetime Warranty was unmatched by other local bids. Thank you, Olshan!
