While we were away during the summer, they ensured that our lawn remained in excellent condition.

Rick Oliver and I had a live conversation to clear things up after a recent incident. He did an excellent job mowing and trimming our yard this week. I reached out to Oliver's for lawn services and received three emails in response. When I called and spoke to a person who identified themselves as Oliver, I requested a few minutes of their time to discuss the services they offered. However, their response was less than satisfactory and they hung up on me after denying any previous contact through CrackerJack. Feeling disappointed with the lack of customer service, I contacted CrackerJack who informed me that they could not follow-up with Oliver or whoever was using their service. In response to this experience, I will be leaving a review.

The performance of Rick Oliver was outstanding. He skillfully manicured the shrubs and efficiently disposed of the debris. Additionally, his pricing was reasonable, making it a great value. I would absolutely endorse his services!

We are delighted to have discovered Rick, who takes excellent care of our lawn and landscaping requirements. His rates are fantastic, his schedule is incredibly versatile, and we can always count on him. Since we work out of town, we needed someone trustworthy to oversee matters and notify us when it's necessary to hedge, prune trees, and turn over the garden. Despite being absent, we were confident that Rick wouldn't take advantage of us. He has always been upfront with what we need to accomplish, why it needs to be done, when it needs to be completed, and how much it will cost. Recently, he transformed my ill-conceived garden into a garden, saving it from being a wilderness, even though I had to depart Gainesville for work. Our backyard sparkles as a result of his wizardry. We're eagerly anticipating having him map out some landscaping for the front. Highly recommend with a 5/5 rating.

Oliver arrived on time and exceeded expectations with his exceptional work. He did more than what was required, but didn't charge extra for it. His professionalism was remarkable. Thank you, Oliver! 😃
