UPDATE: My first cleaning experience with Sallie was great, as I noted in my initial review. I hired her twice more, but encountered some problems with her work. Despite agreeing to fold my clothes during cleaning, it appeared to be a constant issue for her. On the second occasion, she couldn't fold my clothes due to an emergency, and on returning home, I noticed that my kitchen, especially my air fryer, was not cleaned thoroughly. I didn't mention it until the next time I hired her, but when I asked her to wipe down the air fryer and replace it with aluminum foil, she responded with an attitude asking me how dirty it was, as if she was hired to clean a clean home. She didn't even admit to inspecting the air fryer, making me feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied with her service. Moreover, when I left to pick up my son and returned, I found stains on my sink and my shower was not cleaned. It made me feel like a burden to her. As a result, I will not be rehiring her. Fortunately, I found a company that employs multiple people to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning. I don't know if age was a factor, as I'm only 28, but it's disappointing to receive inconsistent service because of it.
