Greetings, my name is Manasi, and I have successfully finished a 250-hour Yoga TTC program in India. I am now a certified pranayama and meditation instructor. For the past year, I have been teaching online yoga sessions that are an hour long and include a range of asanas (physical stances), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation.
