Nick, a representative from Dry Effect, provided quick, knowledgeable, and professional service. Due to a drainage backup that I addressed, I was worried about the possibility of mold growth and sought a professional inspection. I anticipated a strong push to utilize both testing and remediation services since Dry Effect offers both; however, I was pleasantly surprised when Nick conducted a thorough examination and determined that no mold growth was present (based on a lack of smell or visual evidence), recommending no further services. During our meeting, Josh and I discussed a problem at one of my rental properties. Josh informed me that he would be delayed due to the fact that the landlord had not provided him with a key to lock up at another location.
