Although we encountered a challenge when the vehicle became stuck in the mud for a significant period, ODW exhibited remarkable patience, professionalism, and adaptability. The garbage disposal service was performed in accordance with our booking agreement. However, we were dissatisfied that the service provider did not accept credit cards despite the online advertisement that credit card payments, Venmo, and PayPal were accepted. As we do not have a Venmo or PayPal account, we had planned on either writing a check or using a credit card as payment. Fortunately, we had cash on hand which is not usually the case.
