The two men who moved my treadmill were both efficient and communicative. Though they arrived at the end of their estimated window, they kept me updated with messages about their travel progress which is typically a sign of tardiness. Their imposing physical stature made it clear that they were more than capable of handling a hefty treadmill up two flights of stairs. They dismantled and reassembled everything with ease. Although their rate was not the lowest, the investment was worth it to have professionals conduct such a high-quality job. The men also took the time to clarify my requirements upon arrival and even reminded me to lock the basement door, a thoughtful gesture. Based on my experience with these two individuals, I am confident in recommending Odum & Company if you are undergoing a large move.
