OC pressure washing

My experience with the employee who was responsible for spray washing my courtyard, patio, and sidewalk was quite a challenge. Initially, he was scheduled to arrive on Friday at 3:00 pm, but he called me on Thursday at the same time, stating that he had already arrived. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there at that moment, and when I asked him to return the following day, he refused, citing that he had already rented the equipment and couldn't take it back. I explained to him that it would be difficult for him to proceed without me showing him the areas that needed cleaning. However, he demanded an explanation, so I mentioned that I needed the backyard patio cleaned as well. After he completed the job, I inquired about the backyard patio, and he assured me that he had completed it. However, upon my arrival home, I realized that it was not complete. I contacted him and agreed to pay him but requested that the backyard patio be completed. He promised to return on Friday but never showed up, leaving me in a bind. I even called him on Saturday, and he promised to send me an estimate once I sent him a picture of the backyard. However, when I mentioned that it was part of the initial project, he responded with a text about his time not being free. At this point, I had to let him go and find someone else for the job. My advice is that unless you have the time to supervise, it's best to avoid using this employee.

A power washing/scrubbing job was required for a set of tile patios. The speedy response time, efficient scheduling, and quality of work were impressive. The effective communication and follow-up from the worker were much appreciated. I would highly recommend their services.

My initial encounter with this establishment was a great one, and the youth who assisted me was exceptional! If given the chance, I would employ his services once more. His diligence and fantastic performance were evident!
