To ensure your peace of mind, it’s best to steer clear of this moving company. I’ve had to move many times in my life, but this was by far my worst experience. The reviews I read here must have been fake because Sumeet was far from professional. We agreed to meet at 8 or 8:30 a.m., but he didn't show up until almost 9 a.m. without notifying us. He claimed he had a flat tire, but who knows if that was even true? We arrived early at the storage unit to move small items aside so they could start with the furniture, but the very first item they picked up was broken. Then, Sumeet took his sweet time. I’ve moved enough to know that you need to move with purpose. Instead, he spent time on phone calls, FaceTime, bragging about his new car and his fiancé. He also arrived with a truck that was way too big for a studio/one-bedroom apartment, and he barely had any blankets to protect my things. He didn’t treat my belongings with care, and he brought a trainee with him that I felt bad for. Here's the kicker: the drive from my storage unit to the condo took an hour, which is reasonable with truck routes and traffic. But the entire drive took 3.5 hours! I was starting to have a panic attack, worrying that they had taken off with my things. Whenever I asked for the ETA, Sumeet would tell me “1 more hour, 25 mins, 23 mins”. Finally, I had to threaten him with calling the cops to get him to hurry up. I’ve never had this issue before. Three and a half hours is enough time to leave the state, let alone travel an hour away. Sumeet kept asking me to FaceTime so that he could show me the traffic, but I wasn’t interested. When they finally arrived, my boyfriend and I had to help because we only had the condo elevators until 4 p.m. We had other things that day that we needed to deal with, and that shouldn’t have been necessary. I had been assured that the move would be done by 1:30 or 2, but that clearly didn't happen. To top it off, they lost the UHaul key in my things, even though I gave them a deadline! At 4 p.m., they were shuffling through my items looking for the key. Later, my boyfriend told me he saw a weed vape and French fries all over the truck seats, indicating Sumeet had been taking his sweet time with my things in the back. Sumeet didn’t even register the truck in his name; he put the trainee’s name on it instead. That’s super suspicious! I gave them less money than I had agreed to, but if I had known about the weed vape earlier, I wouldn’t have paid them anything! It might be legal, but it’s unprofessional to do drugs on the job. My things were discombobulated and there were broken items everywhere, so I had to go through a lot of stress that day. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Sumeet at all costs. He's a total scam!

The company's service was excellent. I was completely satisfied with how they handled my daughter's apartment furniture during the move. If either my daughter or I require moving services in the future, this company will definitely be our first choice.
