I had an amazing experience with OBEX! Their scheduling process was effortless and they kept me informed every step of the way. I received confirmation of my appointment via text message and email, and was instructed to set up my account on their platform. To my surprise, they were able to send a technician out on the very same day I made the request! They provided a service window of 5-7 PM and Alan, our technician, arrived promptly at 5 PM. Alan was incredibly meticulous in his work and explained the issue and process in great detail. He also advised us on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. When the job was done, I was promptly sent an email invoice detailing the services provided.
