Our family had visitors from out of town, and we took our 4-year-old Golden Retriever to be groomed by Sarah. Booking an appointment was effortless, and Sarah was quick to respond to our queries. Our dog is quite emotionally attached to us and can become anxious in unfamiliar settings. Sarah was patient and welcoming while our dog acclimated to the surroundings. Upon our return, our dog was overjoyed to see us and appeared groomed to perfection with a beautiful and fluffy coat. Though afraid of one of the blow dryers, Sarah kindly altered the process and produced a flawless result. Sarah meticulously trimmed our dog's ears, nails, and coat and even adorned her collar with a ribbon bow, which was just too enchanting! We are thrilled with Sarah's service and have already reserved our next appointment. Thank you, Sarah!

There were multiple factors that led us to select Oak Grove Grooming. Firstly, Sarah, the proprietor, is highly responsive and displays a level of professionalism that is commendable. Additionally, the pricing she offers is reasonable. Following our experience, we can attest that our labradoodle appeared fantastic after being groomed and even seemed to enjoy the experience. At Oak Grove Grooming, Sarah was incredibly accommodating and friendly towards me and my four doodle dogs, despite my hectic schedule. Additionally, her rates were reasonable. When I picked up my pups, not only were they well-groomed and hygienic, but they were also cheerful and content. It was apparent that they had received excellent care throughout the day. As a rescue dog, my Chihuahua has many anxieties, particularly with regard to being touched or shaved. However, thanks to Sarah at Oak Grove Grooming, Lucy was able to have her nails trimmed and fur shaved. I am extremely satisfied with Sarah's handling of Lucy and I intend to return to Oak Grove Grooming again. Moreover, the price was quite reasonable.
