I was completely let down by this contractor. They were tasked with remodeling my bathroom, and things took a turn for the worse when Corey handed me an invoice for more than $1000 mid-project, which I promptly paid with cash. This payment marked the end of their appearances at my home. I attempted to reach out to them via phone and text, with zero response. Eventually, I enlisted the help of another contractor to come in and finish up the work. The new contracting team informed me that this previous contractor had executed their work in an incorrect manner, and much of it would need to be redone. In short, the previous contractor exhibited a lack of knowledge and honesty, and I urge you to avoid doing business with them.

I made an appointment and the person never followed up, even though we had previously discussed my address and other details. It's unclear how he has received a five-star rating with such poor customer service.
