The NY Waitstaff exceeded our expectations beyond belief during my experience last Thursday. Their professionalism, knowledge, and skill were exceptional, and they provided much-needed relief from the day's events with little guidance required for fabulous results. In one instance, I urgently needed commercial thermoses, and Ika was able to find and purchase them promptly en route to the venue. The wedding was held in an NYC apartment, with a cocktail hour in a different part of the building. Ika and her team executed every element with finesse, within the most time-sensitive parameters I have ever personally witnessed. As a chef in NYC for 8 years, I learned a lot working alongside Ika and her team and found the entire experience inspirational. Their can-do attitude and elegant service style made them stand out, and I will enthusiastically hire them for my future events. Thank you, Ika - we could not have done it without you. :)
