For a private gathering at home over the weekend, I engaged Chris to prepare a 3 course meal along with passed apps and dessert. As a first-time hiring a personal chef, I was impressed with the seamless experience. I found Chris to be professional yet affable and his food was both fresh and delectable. Additionally, Roman's personalized service and wine pairing suggestions elevated the entire affair. Chris came fully equipped and even left the place spotless. Despite my limited dinnerware and serving utensil options, Chris and Roman managed to deliver exceptional service. Moreover, Chris went out of his way to prepare some homemade mac and cheese for the younger guests. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with Chris's work and will definitely engage his services again. Our work stay couldn't have been complete without the amazing Chef Chris! Booking him was a breeze with his efficient and seamless process. Chef Chris was fantastic in communicating with us and even accommodated our needs for our mid-sized dinner party of 10. He went above and beyond by traveling three hours to meet us at our Airbnb. He worked with the supplies we had and even fetched missing items from the store with his assistant Chris. Dinner was served promptly, and everyone loved the entire experience, from cocktails to hors d'oeuvres and the magical dinner. Our specific requests were met, such as Butternut Squash & Ancho Chile Bisque Shooters, Thai Chicken Skewers, and Espresso Rubbed Filet Mignon, which were some of our absolute favorites! Chef Chris and Chris squared left our kitchen spotless, which was a pleasant surprise. Chef Chris was amazing, friendly, punctual, and ensured we were comfortable and well-fed in our "home away from home." Thanks, Chef, and we look forward to booking you again soon!
