WARNING:
My residence was destroyed! Randy took $70,000 and deserted the construction. We were supposed to shift in on December 23rd. However, on December 12th, Randy and his team headed by Sergio left the job with unfinished subfloors and no walls. To me, Randy appears to be a fraudster with multiple LLCs. I am now taking legal action against him and his corporation on an individual basis.
