Although I requested a deep cleaning service for my 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house, it was still untidy. Despite this, the cleaners only managed to clean 3 rooms, along with the living/family and kitchen, within the allotted 3-hour time frame. Additionally, they left toys in 27 gallon bins in the hallway instead of the designated playroom. To add insult to injury, they demanded more payment since they assumed that the job was more demanding than anticipated, which I find to be highly unprofessional.

Having arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, Nancy and her team performed exceptionally well! In order to clearly convey my requirements, I drafted a comprehensive list for each room. To my delight, they completed each task with utmost precision. Nancy was kind enough to inform me of an additional request that had not been included in the initial list, along with its corresponding cost, which I promptly assented to.
