NRN was amazing! Within 2 hours, he was able to identify and resolve the issue, and the cost of both parts and labor was only half of what I anticipated. However, soon after he left, I accidentally caused another problem. NRN returned promptly, disassembled the unit, and carefully removed the broken glass shard that had fallen into the dishwasher drain pump. Despite his willingness to merely ask for gas money, I felt compelled to pay him double the amount he requested as a token of gratitude for his exceptional service. I am truly grateful for his assistance.
