As a Usui Reiki Master, Certified Meditation Guide, Herbalist, Intuitive Healer, Mindfulness Practitioner, and Empath, I am equipped to empower and guide individuals on their journey towards healing and purpose. My methodologies, including sound and crystal therapy, and intuition-based counseling, are stored in the body over time to promote balance and release.
I have successfully provided marriage, pre-marriage, couples, grief, and individual counseling, using traditional and non-traditional methods for effective results. Additionally, I offer Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing methods to enhance the outcome of sessions.
