Hi there, I'm Alexis and I've been involved in healing for over 45 years. I'm deeply committed to my clients and students, using my vast experience to nurture and assist their personal healing and growth on all levels - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
My educational background and training includes Transpersonal Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Usai Reiki, Karuna KI Reiki, Space Clearing Reiki, and many more. I'm also a Health Coach, Detox Specialist, Clinical Weight Loss Specialist, and Nutrition Therapist, among other certifications.
Reiki is one of the modalities I practice, a Japanese approach to energy healing that helps balance the body and mind by creating a sense of overall calm and peace. It promotes deep relaxation, which is now recognized as important in healing, and can help with pain, digestion issues, anxiety, and more.
A Reiki session can be performed hands-on or at a distance, and patients remain fully clothed. The effects of Reiki can be immediate and cumulative, and regular sessions are recommended.
I'm also trained in Aromatherapy, which is the use of essential oils from plants for therapeutic purposes, natural cleaning products, and personal care. I offer individual consultations and classes on different topics such as Healthy Home with Aromatherapy and Personal Care Products with Aromatherapy.
I love working and serving others to help them achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual change, and I believe it's the greatest gift of all.
