I am at a loss on where to start my review as every aspect of the service provided was exceptional. With a mere 4 1/2 months of engagement, stress levels were already high and the emergence of COVID-19 only added to the multiple changes. Luckily, NBSP was incredibly accommodating, patient, and flexible. The quality and service provided were outstanding and I cannot stress that enough! The seamless experience made us feel at ease and our photos turned out picture-perfect and beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better team to capture our special moments. Justin and his wife make an impeccable photography team. Our engagement photos were exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate their outstanding work for our future wedding photos. After extensively reviewing countless photographer portfolios, we selected them and have no regrets. The quality and artistry of their editing is distinct and customized to individual photos, settings and lighting, rather than using the same filters as everyone else. Justin and his wife prioritize capturing exceptional shots for their clients and do not rush to simply accumulate images. Their turnaround time is swift. Despite postponing our shoots twice due to inclement weather, they were understanding and accommodating. We tend to feel uncomfortable in front of a camera, but they were patient, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable. Our apprehensions dissipated upon seeing the phenomenal results. They came prepared with suggestions for poses and ensured that we received the best photos.
