Under the tutelage of an experienced Boxing coach, you'll gain expertise in punch mechanics, footwork, and balance - the essential components of proper technique. The training is intense and aimed at conditioning you for fighting - both physically and mentally. You won't find flashy equipment or pampered workouts here as we focus on barebones training and grit over gimmicks. As for me, nothing brings me more joy than seeing my students succeed both in the ring and in their personal lives.

I highly recommend this awesome worker who never stopped except for a single break. They were able to install 6 fans, an outlet, and 6 canless lights, and even fix a faulty outlet that a previous worker could not complete. Their extensive knowledge and efficient work ethic were greatly appreciated.

Edgar efficiently installed four ceiling fans with lights, three closet lights, four carriage lights, and one bathroom vanity light. Despite encountering a broken electrical box during the installation of the vanity light, he promptly acquired the necessary parts from Home Depot and completed the job.
