As a single mother with two part-time jobs, I never thought I could afford new windows until I discovered Northland. Their team was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. I didn't feel any pressure during the process, and they offered a variety of financing options. Since having my windows replaced, I've noticed a significant decrease in my energy bills.

After our home was hit by a hail storm, we contacted Northland for assistance. They collaborated with our insurance inspector and provided support throughout the claim process. Tearah, who works in their office, made the process very smooth for us. We opted for Owens Corning shingles in Onyx Black and our roof was completed within a day. We were present during most of the work and didn't face any issues. As for siding, we decided to pay a portion out of our pocket for an upgrade to Alside Prodigy. We were attracted to the wider vinyl and its durability over regular vinyl. Charcoal Smoke is the color we went for in that regard. In essence, the experience was pleasant. Northland also replaced some of the gutters and downspouts, in addition to window wraps, while we replaced the damaged garage doors. We highly recommend Northland Home Exteriors for their fantastic work.

Initially, we received a quote from a prominent regional gutter fascia company. However, we found ourselves troubled that they only offered wood-grain textured steel fascia. Upon observing a few homes with said textured fascia, we decided to explore other options. We then reached out to Northland Home Exteriors and arranged to meet with Kevin. The experience we had with a previous contractor made it imperative for us to find out who will be responsible for the work. Kevin informed us that one of their top installers was on a project a few miles away and suggested we check out his work. We met with Andrei, and his delivery and explanation of the assortment of gutter guards and window wraps options were impressive. After settling on Northland for their services, Andrei's work as he carefully fitted the gutters, gutter guards, soffits, fascia, and window wraps without any hitches on our nearly half-century-old building was incredibly superb. We are entirely pleased with the outcome of the project thanks to Andrei's flawless execution; a perfectionist indeed. We are appreciative of the splendid job executed!
