This company was dear to me until they mishandled my chlorinator. Despite making four calls to inform them of the worsening green water situation, they declined to correct the issue shortly before Christmas lessons, leaving me in a bind. Their lack of assistance was concerning. Additionally, one of their workers persistently engaged in inappropriate texting, which was quite off-putting.
