For all your hardwood flooring needs, look no further than Norm - he's the best in the business! Despite facing one of the most challenging times of the year, Norm and Jr. did an outstanding job. Despite their busy schedule, they persevered through extremely tough circumstances. It all began on a regular Thursday morning, November 8th, when I left my home for work, leaving Norm to continue refinishing our hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Shortly after my departure, I received a call from him, and I feared that something terrible had happened to the project. Unknown to me, a massive fire had broken out in Paradise, CA, where Norm has a home, just off Highway 70. It became known as the Camp Fire, one of the most devastating and horrific forest fires in California history. Norm had just received word that his area was under evacuation orders and politely asked if he could pause work to head north, assess the situation and evacuate anything salvageable from his home. Naturally, I agreed and urged him to take all the time he needed. When I returned home, expecting to see tools and debris everywhere, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was neatly packed away and cleaned up. Imagine my astonishment when Norm showed up the following day to complete the job. We spoke early in the morning of November 9th, and he was adamant about finishing the work that same day. I was blown away by his dedication and the high quality of his work. Norm and his team are genuine, hardworking individuals who possess valuable skills and are incredibly trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend his services, as he is both professional and courteous. I particularly appreciated his communication throughout the project - from scheduling to working through a natural disaster, to completion - he always kept me informed and up-to-date.
