In December 2021, we enlisted Nolasco Designs to renovate our shower area and remove the popcorn ceiling. The outcome was astounding, especially since we were away during the renovation. Upon our return, we were blown away by their flawless work. Previously, I tried removing the popcorn ceiling in a smaller bathroom and was mildly successful, but after observing their attention to detail and quality, I realized my work was inferior. I eventually rehired them for the smaller bathroom and the master bathroom, where they skillfully corrected all imperfections and addressed a water leak. During the ceiling renovation, I mentioned to the owner, Marlon, that we were looking to paint the entire interior of our house. He informed us that they also offered painting services, and we were sold. They flawlessly painted 5-6 different colors on our walls, baseboards, trim, and doors. The first two days were spent establishing protective measures and fixing any pops, drywall, or personal requests, such as concealing old telephone junction boxes. We had an issue with one bathroom color, but they were accommodating and swiftly remedied the situation the following day. The final product exceeded our expectations, and our house looks better than it did 15 years ago when we first purchased it. It's an investment worth making for a job done right the first time. Nolasco Designs and Marlon's team were exceptional! Despite a tight deadline of 10 days to replace 1,000 sqf of tiles and perform internal painting, and during the busy end-of-year period in December, they carried out their work flawlessly and delivered on time for us to move on the 29th. At the designated time, Marlon and his crew showed up at my house, always ready to work. Throughout the reconstruction of our Boca Raton home, he kept us informed of any unexpected developments. Despite encountering an issue that had the potential to delay the project, Marlon's estimated completion time was two days earlier than expected. Each evening, the area was left clean and tidy. Marlon's standards for workmanship are exceptionally high, and he demands perfection not only from himself and his crew but from any collaborating tradesmen.
