At our initial meeting, I thought David from Nobu would collaborate with me to find the best solution to my problems. Unfortunately, the project turned into a complete disaster, and I was relieved when I no longer had to communicate with him. We hired them to convert our garage into a studio with a quoted time of 3-6 weeks, but it ended up taking 3 months, during which I was constantly glued to my phone waiting for any communication from David. David's poor communication was a significant cause of delays, as workers would fail to show up half the time with no warning. I became the de facto project manager, ensuring that the work was done correctly and constantly reminding David that my sprinklers needed connecting. There were also many examples of shoddy workmanship, such as the electrician wiring things incorrectly and the plumbing being done improperly. I stopped contacting David altogether, preferring to pay out of my pocket rather than deal with him again. The final workers that came to my house had no enthusiasm and treated my personal backyard like a dump. There was an utter lack of professionalism throughout the project, and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I expect to spend years undoing the terrible work done by Nobu.

Nobu visited my residence to provide an estimate for services. The representative demonstrated expertise, honesty, and transparency regarding expenses and the expected timeline for project completion. While I opted to delay the project's commencement, I value Nobu's guidance and professionalism.

We are overjoyed with every detail and our children are thrilled with the newly transformed outdoor space.
