Cathy is responsive and amiable, making scheduling uncomplicated and providing an informed quotation according to my notes submitted through CrackerJack. They offer reasonable rates and break down their charges to a quarter-hour basis. Even in the most difficult conditions, they optimize the time scheduled. Although Ben and his colleague David came within the projected arrival window, I had to follow up with them before their arrival due to a lack of prior communication. During the move, the team carefully wrapped all furniture pieces with blankets and plastic and had no trouble with heavy or difficult pieces when navigating them through challenging staircases. However, due to poor coordination, my furniture remained unwrapped in storage. Fragile items were handled with care, but I found boxes labeled "fragile, do not stack," stacked in multiple places throughout transport and storage. Luckily, I did not find any severely damaged belongings after my items were in storage, and I applaud No Bounds Moving for their responsiveness and dedication. Cathy was attentive during the scheduling and follow-up processes, while Ben and David went above and beyond my expectations to ensure a proficient and cautious move despite complex situations like high temperatures, steep staircases, and complicated spatial arrangements. David was particularly informative, and Ben was extremely dedicated, even after several previous jobs. I would unquestionably choose to work with No Bounds Moving again!
