Organizing a wedding amidst a pandemic presents a host of challenges. Despite going through three venue changes, we were only able to confirm our final venue one week before our big day. Unexpected roadblocks kept popping up, but thankfully, we had Chi to make sure everything remained effortless. From last-minute vendor bookings to running errands for us, Chi went above and beyond, easing our burden and making our lives easier. On the day of the wedding, she came prepared with a clearly mapped-out timeline and table numbers with name tags, while also providing guidance to lost guests over the phone. Chi took on a much heavier load than anticipated, tackling unforeseen issues with our venue and ensuring that everything went smoothly and beautifully. Her commitment to delivering a flawless experience was matched only by her kindness and grace. Chi displayed tremendous patience and exceeded our expectations, going beyond the scope of her responsibilities to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams.
