Nelson was exceptional in terms of his politeness and professionalism. Our ceilings were old, but he offered us suggestions on how to modernize them. He went to the extent of driving to three different places to find a matching old ceiling tile, but unfortunately they were no longer available. His attention to detail and communication was highly appreciated. Apart from fixing all the other areas we contracted him for, we are pleased with his work and will definitely reach out to him again.
