After publishing my review, they reached out to me and handled the matter respectfully. Maureen displayed a high degree of professionalism and assisted me in initiating my project. I am pleased with the quality of service I received.

Our experience with RIHI was exceptional. We had two windows installed and were impressed by their excellent quality. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. RIHI kept us informed throughout the entire process by promptly checking in with us. We highly recommend RIHI for any home improvement needs!

A few weeks ago, I made contact with the intention of getting a kitchen remodel underway. We had moved into a multifamily property that we purchased, and while the kitchen had already received some updates, it wasn't complete due to the previous contractor's need to sell. The base cabinets in the old house did not provide space for a dishwasher, and we required more counter space and cabinets. Using Microsoft Teams, Michael Daudelin and Angela worked with us to determine what would be best suited for our kitchen. In-person measurements were taken and the project progressed exactly as promised. Despite RIHI being a bit more expensive than other options, we were content with the quality of work provided and the promptness of their delivery. Based on reviews, we had reservations that they may be consistently late, but our experience was far from that. When our work from home situation changed, we requested an installation delay and they were accommodating. Angela was delightful to work with, her communication skills via email were direct, detailed, and uncomplicated. Without hesitation, we will opt for RIHI in the future for our other unit's complete kitchen revamp, as well as any necessary roofing and window adjustments. A big thanks to RIHI!
