Highly recommended is Nicole as she is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought into her workouts. Despite my numerous joint problems, she knows how to push me and still work around them. Additionally, she is always punctual and quite flexible with her schedule.

Choosing Nicole as my personal trainer has been the best decision I could have made. She stood out from the crowd by providing a genuine response to my inquiry rather than a pre-written marketing pitch. We started right away with an evaluation of my actual fitness level, and now I have customized sessions with her twice a week. Despite my limited range of motion, weight issues, weak muscles, and need for cardio recovery, Nicole developed a plan for me that extends beyond our sessions, making it feel like I have her assistance all week long. Nicole is consistently punctual, pays attention to my form, and selects the best movements for my needs while taking detailed notes. In addition to being an intelligent conversationalist, she is my favorite trainer so far. Even with only two days a week, working with a great trainer makes all seven days much easier, especially when I have a lot of progress to make. I rate Nicole five stars in all categories, even though I could only choose three. I took before photos of myself, which I hesitate to share with anyone, but it proves that her program is effective. We are planning to do some gym sessions to help me get over my reluctance to go, but for now, she comes to my home. If you're struggling to decide which trainer to select, I highly recommend Nicole.

After suffering a knee injury while running, I sought assistance in rehabilitating and fortifying the affected joint. Recognizing the necessity for additional muscle and strength training as I age, I enlisted the expertise of Nicole, who adeptly guided me in incorporating a regimen of strength conditioning. Benefiting from her instruction for multiple months, I am pleased to report that my knee has not agitated me and I am experiencing greater fortitude and vitality.
