I am absolutely thrilled! Despite the cost of having a reverse osmosis water line installed to my fridge, it wasn't able to dispense water. Thankfully, Nick was able to come to the rescue, taking apart the refrigerator and successfully diagnosing and repairing the issue all in one visit! Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but also honest and friendly. A huge thank you goes out to Nick!

Upon my request for service, Nick responded promptly and communicated clearly. We were able to diagnose the problem through discussion, resulting in only one visit needed to complete the repair. I found the pricing to be extremely fair and Nick's prompt service allowed for part order and delivery. I would certainly use his services again in the future.
