Despite promising to finish my project in 3 days, Nick has failed to complete it even after a week and a half. Initially, he quoted me a price for a horizontal fence and assured me that it would be lower than expected. However, upon pointing out that a portion of the fence was incomplete, he not only refused to lower the price but also demanded extra payment to finish the job. Furthermore, Nick requested that I purchase 4 gallons of stain, but upon buying 5, he told me that he needed more. I paid him almost half of the project fee when he claimed that he had used his mortgage funds to purchase materials. Unfortunately, he still has not finished the project and has left old fencing on my patio instead of disposing of it. He is now demanding final payment and additional funds to complete the job. This unprofessional behavior is indicative of deception and fraudulent practices.

The remodeling of two bathrooms was excellently executed by the team. Their tile work was beautiful, and they searched for cost-saving measures while also providing innovative ideas, including an additional tiled shelf that serves both functional and aesthetic purposes. The team's efficiency was impressive, and their pricing was reasonable.
