Their communication is exceptional, always accommodating my schedule and promptly responding to my requirements. Marc and Ashley attentively heard me out and clarified the available alternatives for my 40-year-old central A/C replacement. They were interactive and obliging, taking into account my requests. As a deaf individual who owns a property, I recently encountered an issue where the thermostat displayed a "Comm Error" message and the tenants felt warmer than usual. Consequently, I contacted NICE for their assistance today. Upon inspection, the technician informed me that the coils required replacement, which would have been quite costly. I declined the proposition and resorted to researching online for an alternative solution. With the simple action of closing the furnace door tightly, the "Comm Error" message disappeared from the thermostat. Although I'm not pleased with the technician's deceitful approach, I will be giving the company a one-star rating and wish not to rate the technician. Farewell!
