The service was exceptional as they promptly responded to my CrackerJack request with a quote and swiftly arrived to rectify the wrongly hung wallpaper. They even re-wallpapered the accent wall and impeccably matched the pattern. I highly recommend their services.

As planned, Richard arrived before 9am on a Monday and promptly began working within 15 minutes of his arrival after assessing the work we wanted done. He was incredibly meticulous in protecting my property and took extra care with the floors, furniture, and stairs. Additionally, he removed switch and wall plates, filled in any holes or damage, and meticulously painted without splattering any excess paint. My house is quite old and has an abundance of wallpaper. The initial quote was low, and we had to adjust it once Richard arrived to properly assess the amount of work needed. Nonetheless, the pricing remained reasonable and competitive. I had anticipated that NGS had underestimated the amount of work required based on quotes from other contractors. Priscilla, who manages CrackerJack's initial interactions via phone and text, was fantastic to work with. She was quick to respond and flexible with our changing needs. The photo below is just one example of the excellent work. Richard's wallpaper removal and paintwork completely transformed our living room, dining room, staircase, hallway, and bathroom. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Richard is an exceptional painter and an even better person. I felt completely comfortable leaving my house in his care while we were out. The job took four days, primarily involving wallpaper removal and mudding, followed by paint. I would not hesitate to use NGS again.

Priscilla promptly communicated with me and Nelson did an impeccable job of wallpapering my powder room. The value was exceptional, leaving no room for complaints.
