Upon arrival, Vitale quickly assessed the issue and offered several solutions. Although he provided an estimate of the potential cost, I opted to handle the matter myself. However, the process was exceptionally straightforward, and within an hour, he had the 21-year-old AC unit back up and running smoothly. There is nothing further to add, except that I am extremely satisfied.
