Germán delivered exceptional and highly professional service while repairing my Next Day Blinds. The customer service was fantastic! My blinds were stuck at an odd angle and I couldn't seem to get them loose even after pulling the cord and using a flat screwdriver. I reached out for help and Herman promptly responded and guided me through the process over the phone. I was worried about damaging the blinds, but he reassured me it would be fine. With his help, and my sibling's assistance, we were able to get the blinds unstuck by pulling the cord and using the screwdriver simultaneously.
