Firstly, it is challenging to obtain a prompt response from them, as they may take up to a day during weekdays and a few days via email. Secondly, their repair vendors may not be entirely honest about markup costs, resulting in charges that exceed the market average.

The management was outstanding, as they pulled off remarkable marketing tactics and leased out the property at lightning speed. They impeccably handled all the requirements to prepare the property for new occupants and assisted them in settling down comfortably.
