In May 2022, we enlisted Alex and his team, thanks to the persistent efforts of New Ray who had been seeking a DC license since November 2021. Without a doubt, his team was exceptional. They arrived punctually every day and spent an entire day preparing our petite condominium to avoid getting dust on anything. Although we encountered some surprises, such as rotting subfloor, during the significant overhaul, our initial quote nearly matched what we ultimately paid. Alex and the team were consummate professionals and assisted us with making informed decisions. Although the project took longer than expected, they went above and beyond to ensure our living space was habitable during the extension. Upon project completion, we noticed a wobbly toilet - the team promptly repaired it, as well as replaced a part free of charge. During our brief period of absence, Alex kept us informed of progress and we felt entirely comfortable leaving the team in charge for a week. Our bathroom has been in use for a month without any complications, and we couldn't be more delighted with the outcome.
