If I could have selected all five options, I would have. The response time to my needs was very prompt. Upon calling, I noticed a truck with their advertisement on it. Other contractors did not show the same level of timeliness when responding. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of work after completion was excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. The team was highly professional, consisting of only two men. Despite this, they managed to finish the job that would have typically taken a full team several weeks to complete, within the same amount of time, and with exceptional quality. I would recommend NCR to anyone who needs a job done. I heard they are well-versed in everything from decks to whole house renovations, flooring, walls, plumbing, and anything imaginable. Thank you, NCR, for the fantastic job. I will be in touch for future remodeling plans.

The quality of work and customer service provided by these individuals is exceptional. I enlisted the help of Newkirk (Scott and Drew) to redesign my deck after purchasing a house that was undergoing renovation with a different company. To my satisfaction, Newkirk not only exceeded my expectations with their exceptional work but also completed the project before the agreed deadline. In hindsight, I should have hired them for the full house remodel. They are personable and provide a down-home feeling while still delivering a highly professional outcome. I will not hesitate to engage their services for upcoming builds and renovations, and I have already recommended them to friends who have received the same great results.
