At Newbe Fitness and Nutrition, I, Andrew Caporella Jr, provide a judgment-free environment for men and women to begin their fitness journey anew. I offer both in-home and remote training programs but require clients to either have or obtain a gym membership if they lack a personal training space.
Don't worry if you feel weary of starting again; every day is a chance to find purpose and live fully. Fitness has always been more than a means to improve one's physical appearance for me - it's also an opportunity to develop confidence and grow personally.
As a former collegiate athlete with experience playing football, basketball, track, and gymnastics, I understand the highs and lows of the fitness journey. Rather than punishing your body for eating poorly, fitness should be a celebration of what your body can accomplish.
