Hello! My coaching philosophy is centered around the belief in God. I see human existence as existing on both a physical and spiritual plane. I perceive life through a perspective that acknowledges the existence of a Creator, spiritual and mental principles which apply to all, and a future beyond our earthly realm. I base my thoughts and teachings on spiritual laws and principles which I believe are globally applicable. These laws affect all aspects of our being, including our thoughts, decisions, and internal and external rationalizations. Ultimately, real change occurs internally before it becomes obvious externally!
