Please be aware that we only provide mold inspection services in the state of Massachusetts. However, we do offer mold removal and remediation services in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In most cases where mold is visible, it is not necessary to hire an inspector and it is more cost-effective to obtain an estimate for removal instead. This way, the inspection cost can be put towards a solution rather than paying for two separate services.

As a company, we believe that mold should only be dealt with once, which is why we exclusively use the best environmentally-friendly products on the market and offer competitive pricing. We are proud to have been the first mold company in our region to be a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) back in 2007.

Our focus is on providing affordable solutions without any unnecessary hype. Having personally experienced the negative health effects of mold exposure, we take great satisfaction in being able to restore people's homes to the safe havens they should be. It is incredibly rewarding to see the excitement on a customer's face when they finally regain use of a space that had been unusable for so long, or the relief on a parent's face when they know their loved ones are no longer at risk from poor indoor air quality (IAQ).

In addition to continuing our mold services, we have recently returned to offering handyman services as well. Originally a handyman company in 2006, we transitioned exclusively to mold services but economic circumstances have made diversification important once again. Our hourly rate for handyman work is competitive and can start as low as $40/hour, depending on the project.
