There is much more to say about Tim at NewSails. His attention to detail is remarkable. He took the time to explain how the tempered glass window required a special order and provided an estimate of the expected delivery time. He promptly placed the order for the glass and will return to install it as soon as it arrives. I have already referred him to two of my neighbors.

Initially, New Sails appeared promising, but their communication and follow-up were deficient. We received a bid for multiple jobs and granted them a couple. Regarding one bid, they extracted a substantial solar shade from a large window but failed to finish the staining work. For the same project, they also proposed to trim the window, but their responsiveness dwindled. Although they skillfully erected the trim in the basement, since we haven't had any recent communication with them, I had to hire another contractor to finalize the window trim job. It's been 12 days since we last heard from them.

I highly recommend Tim for his unparalleled professionalism and prompt assistance when our vinyl siding was ripped off in the wind. He impressively completed the necessary repairs the next day at a very reasonable cost. I am truly grateful to him for his exceptional service and will not hesitate to contact him again if the need arises. Tim is simply amazing!
