They exhibited friendliness, expertise, and thoroughly informative without applying undue pressure, in addition to promptly arriving and respecting our property. Although the owner's involvement was curtailed by an unfortunate car accident on the first day (for which he was not at fault), the team was eager to resume operations as soon as he was cleared medically. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised when their quote provided more value than the other three contractors we considered, one of which charged three times as much.
