My property management company also keeps me occupied with evictions, process serving, and other legal matters, including judgments. I have gained extensive experience in efficiently executing bank levies, wage garnishments, vehicle levies, and house liens to collect on judgments.
Although these collection tools are impactful, delays and limitations in service by sheriffs can be obstacles. To overcome this, I have added process serving to my skill set, allowing me to initiate cases with sheriffs and serve as a representative. This strategy has proven successful, cutting the collection period for judgments down to 30-45 days.
Additionally, loan document signing and mobile notary services have become part of my repertoire. My diverse expertise also allows me the availability to offer comprehensive assistance in matters related to property management and real estate.
