On a late Friday afternoon, I urgently required my driveway to be plowed. I received the first reply in a few minutes, and the crew arrived in just a few hours, keeping their promise. They did an excellent job of clearing the tightly packed ice sheet. I am extremely grateful for their prompt response and outstanding effort!

At our camp lodge in June, we encountered an unexpected situation of 3 feet of snow. Fortunately, New Exteriors promptly arrived and plowed it, despite it being offseason. Other companies we contacted were unable to provide plow drivers during this time, making us extremely thankful for their assistance.

New Exteriors exceeded expectations with their exceptional job of re-roofing our house that had old wood shake with no plywood. Out of the 12 bids we sought, they were hands down the best in terms of value, product quality, and service. Jay and Lidia were transparent and truthful throughout the entire process, and their roofing crew was courteous and clean. The job took five days to finish, and we are absolutely pleased with the outcome. Their roofing quote included a 50-year architectural shingle from GAF, new gutters/downspouts, and new skylights, all at a competitive price with a tremendous warranty. In a surprising twist, we discovered plywood beneath a portion of the roof, and New Exteriors credited us the cost of the plywood and labor. They are the epitome of a business that one would want to work with. Working with New Exteriors LLC was a delightful experience. They managed to set up a breathtaking Trex deck, which made me extremely satisfied. Additionally, they designed a pathway for my furry friend to get out over the weekend while the project was underway. I highly recommend their services.
