On the very first day when the temperature rose up to 90 degrees, my air conditioner broke down. However, my request to Andy was promptly and professionally responded to, and he sent his team early the following day. The team explained the issue to me, and instead of fixing it, which could potentially have recurring problems, I decided to replace the whole system. It was an easy decision to make as there were various financing options available. Andy and his team were accommodating to my schedule, so they were able to complete the work the very next day. Andy even called me a few times to check in (and to apologize on my behalf as my dog ran out during the works).
